Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original DITTO packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
